Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Marelis jewelry, but if something isn’t quite right, here’s how our return and exchange process works:

60-Day Return Window

You can return items purchased from marelisjewelry.com for a refund or store credit within 60 days of the delivery date. All returns must be approved before sending the item back to us.

Condition of Returns

To be eligible for a return:

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it.
It should be unused and in its original packaging (including any gifts).

Return Shipping Costs

We’re happy to cover the cost of return shipping on your first return. 100% on us.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, a refund will be processed back to your original payment method.
Refunds will be calculated based on the promotional discount applied to your order.
It may take 2-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank.

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item for something else, we’ll issue you store credit upon a successful return.

You’ll receive a personalized code to shop for a new item.
All exchanges are final.

Gift Exchanges

Gifted items are non-refundable but can be exchanged for store credit.
Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be canceled.

- Limited-Time Offers (e.g., Buy 2, Get 2 Free): You’ll receive a 50% refund or store credit based on the full value of each item, after applying the promotion.
